Client work delivered by Samloryx, the production platform we run our own business on, and the enterprise-scale systems our founder has architected. Each one follows the same story: a real problem, a working system, a measurable outcome.
The problem. A growing logistics company with no owned online presence — no website, no professional email, no way for prospects to reach them beyond a phone number. Credibility and lead capture were leaking away.
The solution. A complete digital foundation, delivered end to end: branded website on their own domain with HTTPS, professional email on the company domain, working contact and quote-request forms routed to the client mailbox, and a newsletter capture — all tested live and formally handed over.
The outcome. Zenit now looks like the business it is becoming — a credible, reachable company whose enquiries land in a professional inbox instead of being lost. Delivered, verified end to end, invoiced and closed out.
The problem. Running a consultancy on disconnected SaaS subscriptions means your own operations have the exact problem you solve for clients. We needed a CRM, sales pipeline, project tracking and invoicing in one secure system — and a working demonstration of what we sell.
The solution. A production platform designed, built and deployed end to end: a Spring Boot / PostgreSQL backend, a React operations dashboard covering CRM, pipeline kanban, projects and invoicing, and an AI assistant on the public site that answers visitor questions and logs conversations to the dashboard. Containerised, deployed on AWS behind automatic HTTPS, shipped continuously through CI/CD.
The outcome. This website is it — you're looking at the case study. The platform runs the business daily and doubles as live proof of architecture, build, deployment and operations delivered end to end. We use what we sell.
The problem. High-volume medical claims processing was capped at around 2,000 claims per server per day. The processing path itself — not the hardware — was the ceiling on how quickly claims could clear.
The solution. Measure, isolate the true constraint, then redesign around it: the processing path was re-worked for high transaction volumes using message-driven architecture and search-optimised data access, with modernised CI/CD standardising build and release along the way.
The outcome. 2,000 → 25,000+ claims per server per day — 12.5× the capacity on the same hardware footprint. The win wasn't more infrastructure; it was finding the one bottleneck quietly capping the whole pipeline.
The problem. An infrastructure group needed to run core operations — identity & access, HR, commercial, legal & compliance, assets, workflow and integrations — on one coherent platform instead of fragmented, siloed systems, with multiple teams building in parallel without blocking each other.
The solution. The platform was decomposed into 12 microservices across 7 business domains with clear ownership boundaries; a central API gateway for authentication, routing and rate limiting; event-driven integration with guaranteed delivery; and multi-tenant identity with fine-grained, role- and attribute-based access control — with architecture directed across 5 development teams.
The outcome. A secure, governed enterprise backbone where teams ship independently — access control, auditability and reliable messaging designed in from day one, not bolted on. This is exactly the class of system thinking Samloryx brings to every build, at any scale.
