Samloryx Consultancy (Pty) Ltd (registration 2022/231776/07) is a South African private company that designs and builds intelligent business systems. Our operating office is at 377 Long Avenue, Ferndale, Randburg, Johannesburg. This policy explains how we handle personal information on this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company and message. When you use the AI assistant on this site, the conversation is recorded so our team can follow up on enquiries and improve the service. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, and keep this website secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Messages you send to the chat assistant are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies, and stored on our systems. Please don't share sensitive personal information (such as identity numbers or financial details) in the chat — use email or a call for anything confidential.
Information is stored on secured infrastructure and access is limited to the Samloryx team. We keep enquiry and conversation records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, after which they are deleted.
Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted. Email info@samloryxconsultancy.co.za and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you believe we've mishandled your information, you may also lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator.
