Changelog

What we have actually shipped.

This site and the operations platform behind it are built and maintained by Samloryx. Every entry below is a real deployment to production.

We publish it because a software firm that cannot show its own release history is asking you to take rather a lot on trust.

3 August 2026

Site expanded from 9 pages to 38

A careers page and a talent-network registration form. Individual pages for each of the five services, four industries, four outcome-led solutions, three audience pages and two capability pages. A platform page describing the system we run the business on, and individual pages for each case study.

Trust and legal section added: security, legal and company information, a recruitment privacy notice covering the new careers form, a human-readable sitemap, and an llms.txt for AI tools reading the site.

Navigation restructured into Platform, Services, Solutions, Industries, Work and Company. Automated test suite grew from 41 tests to 110, including checks that permanently block certain content from reaching production.

Insights section and grouped navigation

A server-rendered articles section at /insights, crawlable, with per-article structured data and canonical URLs. Articles are database records edited from the dashboard, so publishing does not require a developer or a deployment.

Header redesigned from seven flat links into grouped menus with descriptions, and a mobile drawer that expands each group inline.

Dashboard overhaul and settings

All operations dashboard pages upgraded with summary figures, charts, search, filters and pagination. Settings rebuilt end to end: editable business identity, banking and invoice details that feed directly into generated invoice PDFs.

Structured data added identifying the founder, after a search for his name returned everything except the company he runs.

14 July 2026

Security hardening and invoicing

Cross-site request forgery protection on state-changing requests, and a guard that prevents default or weak credentials reaching production. Generated invoice PDFs, a case-studies module, and a daily digest that emails what needs attention.

Automated test suite introduced as a gate: from this point nothing deploys unless the tests pass.

8 July 2026

Mobile, search visibility and continuous deployment

The public site and the operations dashboard both made properly responsive, verified on a 390 pixel viewport rather than by resizing a desktop browser. Meta descriptions, canonical URLs, social preview tags, business structured data, robots.txt and sitemap.xml added.

Continuous deployment pipeline built: every merge to the main branch now builds, tests, deploys and smoke-checks the live site on its own.

7 July 2026

First production deployment

The platform went live on AWS: application, PostgreSQL database and reverse proxy as containers, with certificates issued automatically. Client records, projects and invoicing from day one.

Entries cover the public website and the operations platform behind it. Client work is not listed here: those systems belong to the clients. See case studies for delivered client engagements, and the platform page for how this one is built.
